	this README.TXT file was added to give you info about
	how to register online with a credit card and about 
	distribution on the internet, CD-ROM, diskette.


For an intro to this program read the file 'CEWINSW.TXT' contained
in the software's archive file.

For information on using the software, registering, registration
benefits, contacting the author, etc... read the help file 
'CEWINSW.HLP' also conatained in the software's archive file.

Now, you can register this program easily online with a credit card.
To register:
	- choose one of the 2 ways:
		- point your web browser to:
