NOTE:	Vbrun300.dll is required to run this program.  If you receive an error that this
file is not found, contact the author by email or letter and the file will be provided, or 
download the zipped file from http://www.purplenet.net/~alice/crayon/

INSTALLATION:
(Please note that if your Windows directory is not named Windows, you may experience errors 
and/or not be able to run the Crayon program.)

Place Crayon21.exe on the drive you wish to install the program on and run Crayon21.exe.  If no 
previous version of Crayon exists, a Crayon directory will be created on the specified drive and 
the Crayon files copied to that directory.  If a previous version of Crayon exists, the existing 
Crayon files will be overwritten with the new files.


CREATING AN ICON OR PROGRAM ITEM:

WINDOWS 3.X
1. Open Program Group in which icon is to be placed.

2. From the Program Manager Menu, select File | New | Program Item.

3. In Name, type Crayon 2.1

4. In Command Line, type the location of the program 
   (c:\crayon\crayon.exe).

5. In Working directory, type directory of the program (c:\crayon).

6. Click OK.

WINDOWS 95/NT:

1. To place an icon on the deskstop, RIGHT-click on an empty area of 
   the desktop.

2. Select New | Shortcut.

3. In Command Line, type the location of the program 
   (c:\crayon\crayon.exe).

4. Click Next.

5. Select a Name for the shortcut to display on the desktop icon 
   (Crayon 3.0).

6. Click Finish.

To create a Program Item:

1. Click Start | Settings | Taskbar.

2. Click the Start Menu Items tab at the top of the Taskbar dialog box.

3. Click Add.

4. In Command Line, type the location of the program 
   (c:\crayon\crayon.exe).

5. Click Next.

6. Select a Name for the shortcut to display on the desktop icon 
   (Crayon 3.0).

7. Click Finish.
