Program Purpose/Function
------------------------
This program allows you to change the date and time
information for any file(s) on your computer system.
You can select either a file at a time (including
drag & drop), or an entire directory.

Can be used to mark a file or group of files with a
common date and time.  Examples:
  - for special effects (your birthday/2010)
  - your developer program(s), release date & version

This program has been tested on Windows 3.x, Windows 95,
Windows NT 3.51/4.0, and OS/2 2.1 (WIN 3.1 session).


Installation
------------
There is no installation program for this software.
Simply create a new directory on any hard drive
(a suggestion for a directory name is FDTSTAMP),
and copy the distribution 'zip' file into it.
When you unzip (PKZIP v2.04g) the distribution file,
it will extract three (3) component files:
  - FDTSTAMP.EXE, the 'stamper' application
  - BWCC.DLL, Borland's 3D-controls DLL file
  - FDTSTAMP.HLP, reference guide Windows help file

You can then simply run the FDTSTAMP.EXE program
from within this directory.
