You are granted the right to evaluate this software for 20 trial sessions. One session is started each time you launch the software. After 20 sessions, the software will prevent further use until you key a purchased license number in the license number request screen that will appear when you launch the software. You may give out copies of this sofware on the express condition you do not receive any payment, commercial benefit, other consideration for such reproduction or distribution, or change this license agreement or copyright notices.

The use of a purchased license number is limited to the existing installation of this software at the time of purchase and corresponds to the installation number on the license request screen which appears at startup. This software is not to be shared across a network. This license grants the user normal usage of this single and already existing installation and does NOT include re-installation. 

A single license number for an existing installation is $10.00 in U.S. Funds.  Handling is an additional $3.00 for mailed license numbers. However, the handling charge will be waived if you include a self- addressed-stamped-envelope. The installation number on the license number request screen must be provided with the payment. Re-installation will generate a new installation number and will require the purchase of a new license number.


Payment to can be made with checks and money orders in which the amount must be expressed in U.S. Funds and drawn on a U.S. Bank.
