  SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
  Metric Converter requires Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher. Also, a VGA, SVGA,
  or XVGA or other high resolution monitor is recommended, as is a mouse.


  FILES INCLUDED WITH METRIC CONVERTER:

  MCONVERT.EXE -- Application executable file.
  README.TXT   -- Product documentation, copyright and distribution
                  guidelines.
  VENDOR.TXT   -- Limited distribution rights.

  In addition to the files above, Metric Converter also requires that the file
  VBRUN300.DLL be present in the /mconvert, /windows, or
  /windows/system directories or in some other directory in the dos path.
