    METRIC CONVERTER FREEWARE VENDOR DISTRIBUTION POLICIES

    Vendors who wish to distribute Metric Converter on diskette,
    CD ROM, or other physical media may do so freely as long as the 
    following guidelines are followed:

    1. The offering and sale of Metric Converter will be stopped at 
    *any* time the author so requests.

    2. All the files that are part of the orginal freeware
    distribution of Metric Converter must be included in the vendor's
    distribution of Metric Converter.

    3. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported to
    the author for investigation.
