Scratch Pad v1.1 is a Black Hole Games program that is distributed
as Freeware (this means that it may be distributed as long as all
the files stated below are included and have not been modified).

It is a word processing program that is always on top and minimizes into
to two buttons in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  It is used 
so if you need to remember something instead of searching for a pen and
paper you can just type it down in Scratch Pad.  

The following files should be included in scratpad.zip:

scratpad.exe           
scratpad.hlp           
catalog.exe             
shtsmily.txt        
bullseye.txt         
install.exe           
install.inf            
threed.vbx            
cmdialog.vbx      
ctl3d.dll                  
vbrun300.dll           

To install Scratch Pad v1.1, copy scratpad.zip to a temporary 
directory. Then unzip SCRATPAD.ZIP into the temporary directory.
Using FILE RUN type C:\TEMP\INSTALL.EXE (assuming your temporary
directory is C:\TEMP).
