  laws and international copyright treaties.

Use

  You may use WaveAppDLL16 Evaluation Edition and
  WaveAppDLL32 Evaluation Edition for a 30 day period
  for evaluation purposes only.  You may use the
  WaveAppDLL Evaluation Edition GUI application and
  WaveAppDLL Evaluation Edition DLLs for your personal
  use during the evaluation period, but may NOT distribute
  the WaveAppDLL Evaluation Edition DLL files with (or as
  part of) your product or program.  When the 30 day
  evaluation period has expired, you MUST REMOVE THIS
  PRODUCT FROM YOUR SYSTEM!  If you want to continue
  using this product, you must register it!  Ordering
  instructions are contained in the ORDER.TXT file and
  you can easily print an order form and ordering
  instructions after you click the "How To Order"
  button when you run the WaveAppDLL Evaluation Edition
  GUI Application.  When you order the WaveAppDLL
  Application Edition or Professional Edition you will
  receive the latest version of the product without nag
  screens!
  THIS PRODUCT IS FOR 30 DAY EVALUATION USE ONLY.
  USING IT FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS WITHOUT REGISTERING A
  WAVEAPPDLL PRODUCT IS ILLEGAL AND VIOLATES THIS
  LICENSE AGREEMENT!

Distribution

  WaveAppDLL Evaluation Edition may be freely distributed
  (as long as all files are present, and the contents of
  the files are not modified in any way), with the
  following restrictions; written permission must be
  received from Randell Downs to distribute WaveAppDLL
  Evaluation Edition on CD ROMs, or bundled with any

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

  THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES
  OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY,
  IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR
  A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS
  PRODUCT IS ASSUMED BY THE USER.  IN NO EVENT WILL
  RANDELL DOWNS OR ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER BE LIABLE FOR
  ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS,
  INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES
  ARISING FROM THE USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THIS PRODUCT.
  THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF RANDELL DOWNS OR
  ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.  ANY LIABILITY OF RANDELL
  DOWNS OR AUTHORIZED DEALER IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO
  PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PRICE YOU PAID.
  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED
  WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

Restrictions

  You may NOT use, copy, reverse engineer, modify,
  translate, or transfer any part of this product,
  except as expressly allowed by this agreement.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
State of New Hampshire.
