This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
who wish to distribute WaveAppDLL16 Evaluation Edition.

                               Distribution

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement regarding
the distribution of WaveAppDLL16 Evaluation Edition:

    WaveAppDLL Evaluation Edition may be freely distributed (as long as all
    files are present, and the contents of the files are not modified in any
    way), with the following restrictions; written permission must be received
    from Randell Downs to distribute WaveAppDLL Evaluation Edition on CD ROMs,
    or bundled with any other product.  Contact Randell Downs by email at
    Randy@RandellDowns.com.

                                Filenames

The normal filenames for WaveAppDLL16 Evaluation Edition are:

    WAD1016.zip WAD1016.exe WAD16.zip WAD16.exe

Note that the 4th and 5th filename characters may OPTIONALLY be the
release version identifier digits.  1 and 0 would represent version 1.0.
The .exe files are self-extracting installation files.

                         Suggested Description

WaveAppDLL16 is a Win16 (Win32 available) GUI application and DLL for
Windows 3.1x/WFW/95/98/NT, that provide information about the contents
of PCM wave files, and can convert the number of channels, bits per sample,
or sample rate to reduce the size.  Most common RIFF chunks are supported.
The DLL can remove specified RIFF chunk types, and can remove all
unnecessary data in a wave file so only the minimum required wave information
is left.  The DLLs may be licensed so you can distribute them royalty-free
with your programs.

US$25 -- Win16 and Win32 GUI Applications only (no DLLs).
US$75 -- Win16 and Win32 GUI Applications and DLLs, DLL distribution license.
(The above products include a single user license to use the GUI applications.)
