This program is a hexadecimal viewer/editor for windows 3.1.

You can view or edit the contents of any file.
Includes: a search tool (in mode text or in hexadecimal) and conversion between
decimal, hexadecimal and octal.

This program is shareware. You can distribute this shareware version freely.
But if you want to use it, you must register it (only $15).
Unregistered version can't edit the file (only view).
