The "vobSplitter" is a tiny program (for DOS <30k)
with the ability to extract a part of .vob file (file of DVD disc).
Useful if you want a part of .vob (for a collection or something)

        this is not a program for coping DVD
        or violate the copyrights law use it
        with your own risk.

                       (One little thing is that, the .vob file
                        MUST NOT be read-only)
                       I have only test it with PowerDVD player
                       and works just fine. Enjoy!
