---Mario War 1.4--- 9/10/2002 THE GAME Mario War is a platform game for 2 up to 4 players. The objective of the game is to jump on the other player's head and crush him. The game features 25 different maps and a map editor. REQUIREMENTS Dos 51k of free Xms memory Sound Blaster compatible card for sounds KEYS Game: Jump Left Right Mario arrow up arrow left arrow right Luigi w a d Giacomo i j l Oreste Mouse buttons: left + right left right or central Enter= pause Map Select Menu: enter= select left= previous map right= next map space= select map number Map Editor F1= help F2= load F3= save F4= clear map F5= change map settings arrows= move cursor enter= put block delete= delete block space= select block MAP SETTINGS Theese settings can be set when you make a map in the map editor: Starting Lives (1-99): it sets the starting number of lives of the players. Generating System (door-fall): it is the way players are generated in the map. Door: a door opens and the player enters in the game Fall: the player falls from the sky Safety Control (on-off): when a player is generated, it controls if there's any pricking block, lava block or if it's empty under him so he's safe. Horizontal Loop (on-off): you can decide if when the player reaches the horizontal end of the screen he goes to the other side or he stops.
